5 Things I Bought & Loved in January
Ritual Synbiotic+, Probiotic, Prebiotic & Postbiotic ($42, available on Amazon and on subscription at Ritual) I’ve been taking the Ritual multivitamins for 5 years now, so adding the Synbiotic+ was a no brainer for me. This is a kind of cheating being that I started using these at the beginning of December, but no complaints so far! I want to take them for 6 months and report back. I also just starting taking their melatonin because my sleep has been so unpredictable lately. I’l report back on this too!
AMI COLÉ Skin Enhancing Foundation Stick ($29, available at amicole.com & Sephora) I’m a sucker for a stick product. It’s way more convenient to travel with, as a mom with limited time for extra. Of course AMI COLÉ comes and swings it out of the park with their newest formula. I originally ordered the shade 200, which was pulling a little bit red on me, so I went one shade down, shade 210 and it is quite literally my perfect match. The formula itself is creamy and provides medium yet buildable coverage. I swipe a few times around the perimeter of my face, blend with my fingers, and I’m good to go. For reference, I wear Deep 1 in the Skin Enhancing Tint.
Floral Makeup Bag ($24, available at Amazon) Did I need another makeup bag? Of course not, but I was easily influenced when I saw someone with it on the clock app. It’s incredibly spacious—perfect for holding all the essentials for an upcoming trip, or just to toss in your bag for everyday.
Flamingo Light Hydrating Spray Lotion ($10, available at Flamingo) Flamingo had removed this FAN FAVORITE from their website for like a year. I was bummed that they had discontinued it, but imagine my surprise when I saw an ad pop up on IG for it! I’ve never run to a website and order something so quickly. If you’re a fellow lazy, you’re going to love this. It’s a lightweight spray lotion with super hydrating ingredients to keep your skin nourished all day. My man and my daughter also use this religiously. Pair it with your favorite body oil and you won’t be disappointed.
Kubra Kay Radiating Body Oil ($35, available at KUBRA KAY & Verishop) I received this in PR, finished it with the quickness and immediately ordered backups. This paired with the Flamingo Spray Lotion leaves me with the most epic glow, plus I smell divine. The scent is a decadent combo of juicy blackberry and rich vanilla.
